By accessing this website, signing up for communications, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our communications programs.

2. Eligibility

This website and our communications programs are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the website or opting in to our communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS text messages from Ramundo Kim for Council, which may include campaign updates, event notifications, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising solicitations.

• Opting out: You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed and receive no further messages, other than a single message confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, sign up again through our website.
• Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 12.
• Message frequency: Message frequency may vary.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us, as provided in your plan with your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
• Consent not required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of contributing to the Campaign or signing up to volunteer.

4. Contributions

Contributions to the Campaign are processed through a third-party payment platform and are subject to applicable New Jersey campaign finance laws, including contribution limits and reporting requirements administered by the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC). By contributing, you confirm that:

• The contribution is made from your own funds and not those of another person or entity;
• You are not a foreign national prohibited from contributing under applicable law;
• The contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of any source prohibited by applicable law; and
• The contribution complies with all applicable contribution limits.

Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

5. Permitted Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website; or
